Assurant Solutions have scooped the ‘Fraud Investigation Team of the Year’ title at this year’s Insurance Industry Fraud Awards.
The achievement is made all the more significant as it is the second time in three years we have won this accolade seeing off tough competition from other major insurance industry players.
The work carried out by our field investigators and desk analysts have achieved some excellent results over the last 12 months and beyond in our quest to support the Police and other crime prevention agencies to help eliminate mobile phone fraud within insurance programmes.
Feedback from the award judges focused around our proven ability to produce market leading evidential packages, working with the Police to achieve a 95 percent arrest on the cases we prepare for them.

Winning this award twice in three years demonstrates that we have firmly established our position as the “go to” people when it comes to acquiring insight, knowledge and expertise within this field. To highlight this, a Metropolitan Police Senior Management Team have adopted our techniques to train their officers in investigating mobile phone related crime.
We are the only mobile phone insurance provider who constructs and presents Case Files to a standard which means no further investigation work is required and quick arrests can be made.
