We are delighted to announce that following regulatory approval, the acquisition of our business by Assurant Inc has been completed. This means that Lifestyle Services Group is now formally part of Assurant Inc.
Following on from the acquisition Chris Harrison has been announced as President and CEO of the group's European businesses. Chris said: "This is great news for Lifestyle Services Group and marks the start of a new era for our business. Being part of Assurant Solutions provides clarity to our long term future and will help us to build upon our successes to date."
