Assurant Solutions’s Retail Sales Development team has been shortlisted for a major Mobile Industry Award for Best Support Service.
The team which supports retail and contact centre sales activity have been recognised for their amazing support in helping to transform the performance of Mobile Phone Accessory sales and Mobile Phone Insurance Sales with several UK network clients.
The team were created to support our mobile network clients in maximising the opportunities from mobile phone insurance with their customer base. This is achieved through activities like sales coaching, incentive design, production of sales aids and compliance and regulatory training. All activities centre around an ethos of 'Sell More, Sell Better' which, as the name suggests, enables the sales person to sell better with a focus on quality as opposed to volume.
Highlights so far include increased attachment rates of around 50% and improved revenue per user of around 25%.

When it comes to mobile phone insurance the coaches have helped to instil an ethos of “sell more, sell better” throughout our Loyalty teams. This has created the added bonus of helping us to achieve other business KPIs and not just those relating to mobile phone insurance.”
We will find out at a lavish award ceremony being held in June as to whether our entry has come out on top.
