A recruitment campaign which rewards employees for recommending their friends to work for Assurant Solutions has scooped another prestigious accolade this time at the CIPD Recruitment Marketing Awards.
At a ceremony held in London on 11th July, Assurant Solutions’s “Bucks for Buddies” campaign came out on top in the ‘Best Internal Recruitment Communication’ category ahead of high profile submissions from Adidas and Telefonica.
The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) awards are among the most coveted within the recruitment marketing industry. Recognition was given following the success of the“Bucks for Buddies” internal recruitment campaign where 46% of hires have been made via the referral programme since it launched in July 2011. As a thank you, the businessrewarded those making the recommendationswith incentives that includediPads, travel vouchers and combined cash bonuses of over £81,000.

It’s the second prestigious prize that “Bucks for Buddies” has picked up in the last two months having been named as “Best Internal Referral Strategy” at the Recruiter Awards for Excellence.
