Assurant Solutions are in the running for another prestigious industry accolade this time at the Training Journal Awards 2012.
Our Customer Excellence initiative which has been lead by our in-house Training service in conjunction with our Quality Assurance team has been shortlisted in the ‘Best Learning Transfer Training Programme’ category.
Marcus Golby, Operations Director for Assurant Solutions, said: “Being shortlisted for this award is fantastic recognition of what our Customer Excellence programme initiative has achieved. This is one of the most popular award schemes in the Learning & Development industry so to be shortlisted ahead of some tough opposition is a real testament to the excellent work carried out by the colleagues involved in this initiative.”
Established in 2006, the purpose of the Training Journal Awards is to promote excellence, best practice and innovation in Training and Learning and Development, and to highlight the critical role it plays within organisations.
Assurant Solutions will find out if they’ve come out on top at an awards ceremony taking place in November. We’ll be hoping there is double cause for celebration as our Customer Excellence programme is also in the running for a North West Contact Centre Award where the winners will be announced in October.
